What's the difference between Compass and the Spirit Flow Journey?
The Journey is a structured six-month container, moving through a defined method from start to finish. Compass is ongoing and flexible, built around whatever your current month actually needs. Some women move from the Journey into Compass. Others start here directly.
Can I change what we focus on each month?
Yes. That's the point. Each month is built around what's actually happening for you, not a fixed sequence.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Reschedule requests made at least 24 hours in advance can be accommodated.
What happens after six months?
Six months is the maximum for one continuous stretch. From there, we talk about whether to pause, close the chapter, or renew the program.
